Information you submit

Our enquiry forms collect the business contact details you provide: your name, clinic or organization, phone or WhatsApp number, email, website or Google profile links, your concern, and any optional preferences. We use these details to respond to your request, prepare an initial review and discuss a potential project.

Do not submit patient records, medical histories or other confidential patient information. The initial review uses public business information.

Enquiry handling and service providers

Enquiries are processed on our hosting server and sent to our team by email using our mail providers. Hosting and email systems process the information needed to deliver and handle your request. Failed email attempts may also leave a backup of the enquiry and diagnostic information on the hosting server.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and interactions with this website. This can include pages viewed, browser and device information, approximate location, referral information, clicks on contact options and whether an enquiry was accepted by our server. Google Analytics uses cookies to help measure visits.

Our custom analytics events do not include the name, phone number, email address or message entered into an enquiry form. A phone or WhatsApp click indicates that a link was selected; it does not tell us whether a conversation or appointment took place.

External contact options

If you choose WhatsApp, email, Google Maps or a sharing link, that service handles your interaction under its own privacy terms. Entering details in our website form does not automatically send them to WhatsApp.

Contact nousdoc@gmail.com if you want to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you submitted. Include enough detail for us to identify the enquiry, without sending patient information. We will review your request and explain any information that needs to be retained for an ongoing project or record-keeping.
